*Payment
Fully completed and signed registration forms along with full payment are due prior to the first class. Your spot in class will not be held without these. Payment is accepted online via your credit card, personal check, or cash.

*Kids In Sports adheres to a strict No Nut policy.
All lunch and snacks that are brought to our program should be nut free.

*Refunds
A full refund can be given before the first class starts, after that up until the third class a pro-rated refund will be given. After the third class no refunds will be issued. There is a $25 Non-Refundable Registration fee incorporated for all refunds.

*Make-ups
Make-ups can be arranged with the office manager. You will only be able to attend a class that is at the same skill level and is not full. Only 2 make-ups per season are allowed. There are no refunds for classes missed.

*Cancellation of Class
Kids in Sports reserve the right to cancel a class if the enrollment is too low for that particular class. Usually 10 children are needed to continue a class. If a class is cancelled you will be refunded a full or pro-rated fee depending on if any classes were held.

*Sickness
Kids in Sports reserves the right to send a sick child home or not let an injured child participate. Please keep your child home if he/she is sick, make-ups are available.
